The system will allow you to automatically subscribe to any content you post.

To turn on or turn off Subscriptions follow these steps:

1. select my account
2. click the edit tab
3. scroll down to Subscription Settings
4. check the box to automatically subscribe to content you post
5. uncheck the box to not automatically subscribe to content you post
6. scroll down and save your settings

Additionally you have a menu item called my subscriptions.  Here you can toggle on or off content you have subscribed to and also select from other types of content.

A third way to control subscriptions is to select the subscribe to or unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of every page, forum topic, blog, image, etc.  This is a great way to keep abreast of any comments posted to an item.  If you have a number of items you have subscribed to it might be easier to unsubscribe through my subscriptions than try and locate any individual item.
