The system will automatically notify users of any new content posted to the site.  Every six hours (four times daily) at 56 minutes past the hour the system checks for new content and issues an email to members who have the Notify option turned on if any new content is found.

To turn on or turn off the system generated notifications follow these steps:

1. select my account
2. click on my notify settings
3. enable or disable notifications under master switch
4. if you are enabling notify continue to select your settings
5. scroll down to the bottom and save your settings
